Our health and safety support service provides you with total support, 365 days of the year and throughout the hours your business is operational. This service is unique to each of our clients, tailored to meet the specific needs of their business, their people, and the sector they operate in.

The level of support is designed to either assist your health, safety and quality management teams. We offer sensible, pragmatic advice concentrating on practical action to control significant risks – not over-responding to trivial issues.

Unlimited telephone and email support on health, safety and quality management issues.

All opening hours telephone and email support, response to all email within 24 hours and telephone response within 4 hours (depending on the priority)

Health, Safety and Quality Management, Fire Safety & Pool Safety advice: Provide detailed response in relation to Operational, Technical & Legislative matters

Co-ordination and development of the Annual Health & Safety Management programme

Access to the RD Health & Safety Ltd (RDHS) Model Risk Assessment Portfolio, which can be used for Benchmarking process

Development and agreement of a Health & Safety Strategic Plan, aligned to the clients Corporate Vision

A formal programme approved annually in advance

Provision of ‘WebEx’ Meeting platforms, saving time & money

Monthly Newsletters / E-zines.

Unlimited online support for confidential and / or public questions.

Review of your policies, procedures and related documentation

Management assistance: where necessary

Attendance at Health and Safety Committee meetings, including on-going monitoring and assisting with any day-to-day health and safety issues
