As you will see, training and development does not end with a course or certificate of completion, this is only the beginning of the journey; with RDHS lead, we will provide a fresh approach.
Individuals will Learn the information and skills required within the training provided. They will Excel within their role by applying what you have learnt from the training.
They will Achieve independence and competency through continued advice, guidance and mentoring. They will Develop into ‘safety leaders’ showing confidence and self-belief through reflective learning within the workplace.

AWARDING BODIES
We use a number of awarding bodies to accredit our courses, thus ensuring only the highest quality training is provided to ensure that all individuals receive the correct training and fully benefit from the programme being undertaken.
We will work with you to develop a ‘Training Needs Analysis’ of all staff within all venues and departments in order to identify the most appropriate training package for you and your teams.
